Michelle spent 15+ years driving some of the biggest transformations in media and tech at Paramount Streaming, Pluto TV, and Verizon Media. She has overseen $1B+ enterprise technical programs across 30+ countries, while 95% of her team members chose to stay, grow, and go on to lead their own transformations. That track record told her something important. The work was never really about the programs. It was always about the people.

Today, through Wins and Change and consulting work with organizations including NFL Media, she is building the community she wished had existed earlier in her career, a space where leaders at every stage gather, grow, and lead with intention.

An accredited agile leader and MIT certified AI strategist, Michelle actively volunteers, mentors first-generation professionals, and speaks across tech communities because she believes knowledge shared is impact multiplied.

Off the clock, you'll find her on a mountain trail, exploring LA's food scene, or in a mentoring conversation that runs way longer than scheduled.
