At Casting Networks, she executed digital strategy in a startup environment, building SaaS platforms that fundamentally changed how entertainment industry connects talent with opportunity. Her role at Verizon Media Platform expanded her perspective to global scale, where she managed technical programs supporting infrastructure that powered a substantial portion of worldwide internet traffic.

 

Most recently at Paramount Streaming, she orchestrated the intricate dance between cutting-edge technology and creative storytelling, leading initiatives that brought entertainment to millions of viewers across global markets. Throughout these experiences, she's consistently gravitated toward the exciting intersection where technology amplifies human creativity. 

 

After completing MIT's Applied Generative AI for Digital Transformation program, she's focused on helping organizations harness AI not just as a tool, but as a catalyst for reimagining how teams collaborate and create value. She believes the next era of digital transformation will be defined by how thoughtfully and ethically we weave AI into the fabric of human creativity and organizational culture.
